This is a totally solid set of dipping bars that are 50 mm in diameter, so they won't cut into your hands even when using loads of weight with a dipping belt. The bars on the Watson Freestanding Dip Bars are tapered, allowing you to vary your hand spacing from 520 mm to 820 mm wide.

Using a wider grip with the chin tucked in, knees raised, and elbows wide will put the load onto your chest. A narrower grip with legs straight, head raised, and elbows close will put the load onto the triceps. The Watson Freestanding Dip Bars cater for everything. A great machine you'll want to spend loads of time using.
