The Animal Lateral Row is the perfect machine to get the ultimate benefits to the muscles in the back while lifting any amount of weight.
Built like a beast, the Animal Lateral Row is made from a 70x70 (6-8 gauge) box section, but still with a light enough starting weight for any level of performer. The pivoting arms allow the machine to fit anyone's biomechanics naturally.

The angled movement pattern of the machine means the strength curve goes from narrow - wide, with the handles allowing your body to adjust naturally to best suit you. Iso lateral movement allows you to work one arm at a time or both arms together. This can be done sitting down (on the super thick heavy-duty angled seat) or standing up. An angled seat gives you more stability to really lock yourself into the machine focusing on rowing instead of bracing yourself. It also angles your body towards the adjustable chest pad.

The Iso Lateral Row has an added handle for bracing yourself into the machine while doing single-arm exercises. The Animal Plate Loaded Lateral Row also has a large footplate for even more stability when rowing heavy. Rotating handles give you a more advanced option to mix up and change the targeted muscles while using this machine. The rotating handle allows you to pronate or supinate to get the best stretch and contraction. Supinating the hands on this machine will allow you to get a better squeeze on the biceps and lats. Pronating the wrist more, you can focus the weight more on the upper back and traps.
