This single-stack machine gives an incredibly quick and simple way to select the weight you want. With the super heavy stack and 1:1, ratio allows even the strong of people a challenge when lifting.
The machine goes in 5.5kg increments so allows for great progression even for beginners. As with all Watson machines, this machine is super heavy-duty and comes with our Watson Lifetime warranty to back it!
The adjustable knee pad allows any height user to adjust so they are locked into position when performing the movement. This allows total focus on the movement itself and not having to try and brace yourself while the weight picks you up.
