The Watson Seated Single Stack Leg Press has a large footplate allowing for various foot positions to put the load onto the quads or hamstrings as required.
The carriage runs on 4 x 40 mm Thomson linear bearings giving a completely 'friction-free' movement and an amazingly smooth feel.
1:2 cable ratio to double the already heavy stack.
