Watson Seated Leg Curl is the perfect machine to effectively isolate the hamstrings while minimising the involvement of the glutes. The Side Drive system allows for easy entry/exit of the machine, and the Thigh Padlocks you securely in place so you can focus totally on isolating the Hamstrings.

Complete adjustability allows adjusting not only for Thigh and Lower Leg length but also for Start position. Twin Roller Bearings on all pivots points give this machine a totally smooth feel no matter much weight you are using.
