The Watson Plate Loaded Smith Machine is built around Thomson Linear Bearings, which are the smoothest, quietest and heaviest duty bearings available.
As well as the linear bearing system for vertical movement, the bar rotates on 4 x 25 mm linear bearings making it very easy to lock off even when fully loaded. Built from 100 x 50 mm and 70 x 70 mm box section steel, the Watson Plate Loaded Smith

Fully welded lock pins instead of bolted pins reduce maintenance and increase safety. Weight storage pins are fitted as standard.
