Our Reverse Lunge Machine removes the element of 'balance', allowing you to focus on stretching further and with more weight than you would typically use. The slight Incline puts more weight on the front leg as well as makes it more comfortable to get a maximum range of movement. As your trailing leg goes further back, the difficulty will increase. As you bring the carriage forward, driving through the front leg, it focuses all the tension right there on that front leg.

Our Reverse Lunge Machine has Plate Loading pins so you can progressively increase the load. The Counter Balance gives a low starting weight for anyone new to Lunges. The carriage runs on our Super Smooth linear bearings for an exceptional feel and years of maintenance-free use. Grippy platforms on both the carriage and the foot stand. Thick comfortable padding for foot and shin placement.
