The Watson Classic Bench Row provides the perfect base for performing Rowing Exercises while protecting the lower back. This heavy-duty rowing bench is fully height adjustable to suit all arm lengths. It's completely solid and stable and has an 'easy Access' step on the rear foot.
This bar allows for a full contraction and greatly increased range of movement without the bar contacting the underside of the bench. Eliminate strain on your lower back and add some serious mass onto your back with this great device.
